faq

what will I find in my box?

Each monthly box will contain 4-6 items which include the new instalment of the story, a gift, a trinket linking to the story, a floorplan/blueprint of the area mentioned in the adventure, a battle map of the area, dice, wax melt and some surprises.

when will my box be sent?

All the boxes/letters will be posted, via Royal Mail, at the same time each month. On approx. the 9th of each month the packages will be posted and will take a few days to reach your doorstep. To receive the current month's box orders must be placed by the 7th of each month. (If your order is places after the 5th, don't worry you will receive your Welcome Letter and then be on the list for next month's box).

how do I sign up?

can I give the box as a gift?

You sure can. This will make a great gift and you can decide on one, three, six, twelve or rolling month subscription packs.

how do I change my payment card, address or cancel my subscription?

To manage your subscription, visit this page and follow the instructions. If you need any assistance, then please contact us and we will be happy to help. Please remember, to cancel for the following month's box, you must cancel by the 14th of the month.

how long are the monthly letters?

The letters are short stories following Atticus' adventures. Each letter will be approx. 2,000 words long and are all set within a custom / homebrew world and with new characters.

can I order letters from previous boxes?

Unfortunately, the letters are not available for backorder. However, in the future these may be released in the form of a journal.

how does it work?

Atticus's Letter is a recurring monthly subscription letter box, which is sent directly to your door. Giving the receiver an escape into a high-fantasy world.

when will I receive my Welcome Letter?

This will be sent shortly after you place your order as a separate item to the monthly letter box.

I signed up but have not received any emails?

We have double opt-in enabled with our emails. Once you have signed up, please keep an eye on your emails as a confirmation email will be sent where you just need to click on the link to verify your email address. If you have any questions, then please reach out to us.
